Oak Hill Fitness is your friendly neighborhood gym where you can get a great workout, grow, learn and make friends. We provide personal training, group exercise classes, an obstacle course for adventure race training, Olympic weights, and outdoor fitness activities. We don't have flat screens, salespeople, or advertisements lining the walls. We cater to folks of all fitness levels and ages. Come by anytime -- we'd love to show you around!
Your First Class -- Please contact George to arrange a pre-class tutorial and obtain the necessary information for your first class. Wear workout clothing. Bring a towel and water. Please arrive 30 minutes early before your first class. You will be guided through a warm up with a few minutes of light calisthenics, stretching & foam roller intro.
Core & Cardio - (Beginner/Intermediate fitness level) -- Core & Cardio is an intense 30-minute workout that will strengthen your core, boost your metabolism and incinerate fat. You will do 3 rounds (9 workstations) of 30 seconds intense work with 30 seconds rest. Workstations will change every workday. Please come 10 minutes early to do your dynamic warm up on your own. We will go over the warm up with you at sign up. Make sure you foam-roll out and stretch after class.

Tabata HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) -- (Intermediate and advanced fitness level). Tabata HIIT is an ultra intense 30-minute workout designed to improve explosive strength, endurance, metabolism and burn fat. Workout will consist of 8 cycles of 20 seconds intense work followed by 10 seconds rest for 4 minutes continuously. Please come 10 minutes early to do your dynamic warm up on your own. We will go over the warm up with you at sign up. Make sure you foam-roll out and stretch after class.

Punch-Kick-Fit! is a HIIT! -- High Intensity Interval Training program designed to simulate a 3 round MMA match without having to spar or compete. There will be 3 rounds of 12 stations, each station will be 60 seconds work with 30 seconds rest. Stations will include punching heavy bags, speed bag, ground and pound bags, jump rope, Bulgarian Bag work, etc. Punch-Kick-Fit! is a fun and effective cardio workout that engages almost every muscle in your body. A fat-burning, muscle-toning workout with striking and interval training will knock out calories with jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, elbows, knees and kicks. Punch-Kick-Fit! will tone your arms, abs, shoulders, back, and legs all at the same time. Students can expect to burn an average of 1,000 calories in a 50-minute class.

Your trainer will teach you the correct form, amount of weight, sets, repetitions, and rest period between exercises. Empowered with knowledge and hands-on training, you'll get the most out of all your workouts and be on your way to reaching your goals.
Ashley Everhart is wildly passionate about sharing yoga with everyone she meets. She believes yoga leads to physical and mental development resulting in practitioners becoming the best version of themselves. She lovingly calls the process, "leveling up".
She has been practicing yoga for over a decade and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance. Ashley primarily teaches traditional Hatha and Hatha-Flow based Yoga, though she also has experience in Anusara, Ashtanga, Bikram, Yin, and Vinyasa.
Her primary goal when teaching is your primary goal. While Ashley specializes in safe alignment, assisting beginner students, meditation, and flow based classes she customizes teaching based on the needs of her students. Classes can be designed to increase strength, improve flexibility, prevent injury, manage pain, encourage weight loss, and manage stress.

Former pro MMA fighter, George holds a black belt in Judo and a purple belt in Jiu-Jitsu. George uses a hybrid of MMA training and HIIT to help you achieve core/functional strength, cardio and agility. An avid Obstacle Course Racer, George will introduce you to our obstacle course and help you prepare for your next race.
Available for private Judo, Jiu-Jitsu and MMA training.
